Take note of the following guidelines when preparing and handling food

  1. Individual plate - a medium sized plate that can accommodate individual
  2. Rice bowl - bowl that can be used to hold soup or rice.
  3. Spice bowl - a small dish used to hold dips of soy sauce or spices
  4. Soup spoon - a nonmetallic spoon shaped like a dipper and used for taking soup.
  5. Chopsticks - bamboo, wood or ivory sticks used for picking food.
  6. Tea cup - small porcelain cup for tea servings at the end of the meal.
  7. Tissue paper - paper that can be used for cleaning.
