Each household has its own temperament and manner of doing things. Never compare previous employers to your present employer. Remember, even the most competent domestic helper will have to learn the ways of the new employer. A good domestic helper should be open to learn new things. It is her duty to perform a job in a manner desired by her employer. However, she should not be afraid to make suggestions if she knows of an easier, faster or more efficient way of accomplishing a chore. When reprimanded or scolded due to a mistake committed, keep humble and calm. Make sure your mistakes are not repeated. An apology is always appreciated.
